Dr. Brown is a dual board-certified child, adolescent, and adult psychiatrist. His focus is OCD and anxiety, and he also sees people for PTSD, depression, and ADHD. Many patients have already tried ERP or other structured therapy and still feel stuck. Care combines careful medication management, dynamic talk therapy, and practical support for sleep, focus, and daily rhythm. Dr. Brown does not provide ERP himself, but he works alongside ERP therapists so your care stays coordinated.
Where patients join from
Dr. Brown's Kansas practice is based in Overland Park, and he sees patients by telehealth in Olathe, Overland Park, the rest of the Kansas City area, and across the state. Every visit is by video, so you can join from home, from work, or wherever you have privacy, as long as you are in Kansas at the time of the visit.
How visits work
All visits are by secure video. New patients start with a full evaluation of about 90 to 100 minutes. After that, follow-up visits are 30 or 60 minutes, depending on what you need. Current patients join through the same waiting room link every time. Questions between visits go through the site chat, and the practice can be reached at 773-312-3858.
Fees
The practice is out-of-network for all insurance plans. A new patient evaluation is $600, a 60-minute follow-up is $420, and a 30-minute follow-up is $265. Payment is due at the visit, and HSA/FSA debit cards are welcome. After each visit you get a superbill you can submit to your insurer for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
